Greetings again from little old Noo Zealand way down here at the bottom of the Pacific. Sure, we’re out on a bit of a limb but Santa, bless his black boots, still manages to find his way. Good list Philip. Right on the money I’d say. Keep up the great work with the newsletter for 2016. Wishing you and your family and all your elves a wonderful Christmas and joyous and healthy New Year. David Bates – Barrister – Tauranga – New Zealand.

Great list Phiip! Mine is nearly the same especially the first four points. I thought these four points are only for lawyers in country like mine, where the rule of law is somewhere in the garbage can. Though it does not make me happy that it is not only me having these four points. What I hope is this to be a Christmas List to work on and be fulfiled, not just another nice Christmas Carol with dreams for a brave new world.
    Merry Christmas!

Unfortunately, there’s plenty of room in that garbage can. I share your hope and commitment, Ivo, and happy holy days to you — whatever they are, and whenever they are — as well.

True, and the garbage can is regularly maintained by the corupted politicians.
Anyway, today I will rather take care for the Christmas eve list and the presents under the tree.
Best wishes for the Christmas Holidays to you and your family!
